Cancellation/Reschedule Policy: Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:

Please note that a minimum of 48 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Appointments rescheduled or canceled within that 48-hour window will be charged 50% of the scheduled service to the card on file. Appointments may only be rescheduled twice. If an appointment is rescheduled more than two times, a $50 non-refundable deposit will be required to book a third appointment. Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service, as there is no way to fill that appointment time.

Prepaid services and Dysport/Jeuveau appointments are subject to a $75 fee if canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours, and a $100 fee for same-day cancellations.

No-Call, No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your appointment without notifying us, 100% of the scheduled service will be charged. Clients who no-call/no-show for prepaid services or Dysport/Jeuveau appointments will not be eligible to rebook.

By scheduling your appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. There are no exceptions.
