Cancellation/Reschedule Policy: 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointments. A fee of 50% of the service will be charged to the card on file if changes to the appointment are made within that window. Same day cancellations and no-call no-shows will be charged 100% of the service. Pre-paid services and Dysport/Jeuveau appointments will be charged a flat $75 fee for rescheduling or canceling in the 48 hour window and $100 for same day cancellations. No-call no-shows will not be allowed to rebook. By scheduling below you are agreeing to this policy. There are NO exceptions.
